Hiring Bonus Included up to $1,000 Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Pre-Employment Requirements (Contractual) Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123) Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124) TSA Issued TWIC Job Schedule: Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor access records, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts. Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized access, unusual activity, and security-related concerns. Prepare accurate reports and logs for visitor activity, access-related incidents, patrol observations, and shift handoffs. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A TSA-issued TWIC is required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
