Security Guard Patrol Driver with TWIC In Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Pre-Employment Requirements (Contractual) Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124) TSA Issued TWIC Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify potential hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and control visitor and vehicle access in accordance with location policies and security-related procedures. Support emergency and operational response efforts by following post orders, reporting spills, leaks, or other abnormal conditions, and assisting with evacuations and/or restricted area control when directed. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. A TSA issued TWIC is required. Customer service experience is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
