Job Description As a Security Guard TWIC Credential Review Driver in Deer Park, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help to deter incidents through a visible presence. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entry points, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with site personnel, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a TSA-issued TWIC. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
