Corporate Training Coordinator Job Profile: JP01096 Position Summary Ensure a World Class Team Member Orientation program is successful and work with all Team Members with the overall goal of reducing turnover. Responsibilities Schedules and coordinates New Hire Orientation program Conducts all facility tours during orientation week Schedules and coordinates cleaning details and tool training for new hires during orientation week Ensure new hires have a thorough understanding of all information provided during orientation week Coordinates regularly scheduled “Green Hat” meetings and report any issues to leadership Ensure the effectiveness of training provided and follow up with Team Members on their effectiveness in assigned department Ability to design training presentations, materials and exercises to reinforce understanding of manufacturing processes with solid experience in multiple departments Understanding of DAPIA processes, BOSS, and plant safety Interact and assist all new hires throughout their first 90 days of employment, with daily communication for the first 30 days of employment Maintains Training Room and prepares for and assists with set up of all classes Assist the TMX Manager with Team Member Experience initiatives and projects as needed Work with Production Manager to select and provide training for trainers who lead job skills training Ability to travel to Home Office for completion of required training programs Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Management preferred Experience with training and instructing personnel Strong facilitation, instruction and coaching skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time Computer literate (AS400, Word, Excel, Power Point) Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and positively at all levels, including internal and external customers, peers, managers, and the home office. Bi-lingual English and Spanish. Capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information. Physical Demands Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling. Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others. Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
