Field Training Manager

The Integrated Experts is a locally and veteran-owned New Mexico home‑improvement company specializing in energy‑efficient windows, doors and exterior home solutions. We have built the training, technology and operational infrastructure needed to grow. We are now looking for the right field leader to turn that infrastructure into consistent execution and production. The Integrated Experts is looking for an experienced door‑to‑door sales leader who knows how to motivate representatives, create accountability and turn potential into measurable production. This is a hands‑on field leadership position—not a desk‑management role. Our setter team currently produces approximately 10 sales per month. Your primary objective will be developing the people, habits and field execution needed to consistently generate 15+ setter‑produced sales per month. Field Performance Manager – Door‑to‑Door Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Monthly Team‑Production Bonus: $500 for every qualified setter‑generated sale beginning with the 12th sale of the month. Production bonuses are uncapped. Earning Potential: $100,000+ with uncapped performance bonuses and personal commissions Lead the Team. Develop the Reps. Drive Production. Responsibilities Coach representatives in the field and conduct regular ride‑alongs Run sales meetings, role‑playing sessions and objection‑handling drills Hold representatives accountable to activity and production standards Identify performance gaps and create individual improvement plans Improve appointments, sit rates and setter‑generated sales Develop new hires into confident, productive representatives Build a competitive, disciplined and positive field culture Review performance data and communicate opportunities to leadership Identify and develop future team leaders Resources and Support You will have access to the systems and information needed to effectively coach and manage performance: SalesRabbit: CRM, territory management and field‑activity tracking Siro: Recorded sales conversations and call reviews for targeted coaching Performance Dashboard: Centralized reporting for contacts, appointments, sits, sales and other key metrics Established sales scripts, training content and onboarding processes Direct support from company leadership You will not be expected to guess why representatives are underperforming. The activity, conversations and production metrics will be available for you to evaluate and coach from. What We Are Looking For A history of personally producing at a high level Experience leading, coaching or developing sales representatives Strong motivational, communication and accountability skills Confidence conducting ride‑alongs and real‑time field coaching Strong sales, role‑playing and objection‑handling abilities Ability to use performance data and call reviews to identify coaching opportunities Competitive mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed Willingness to spend significant time in the field Experience in windows, solar, roofing, pest control, security, telecommunications or another door‑to‑door industry is preferred.
