Resumen del PuestoLa posición de Cortador de Producción de Carne es fundamental para garantizar una producción eficiente, de alto volumen y alta calidad. El enfoque principal de este puesto es cumplir con los estándares de rendimiento y calidad, asegurando al mismo tiempo precisión, flexibilidad y seguridad en el área de producción.
Buscamos una persona que pueda trabajar en diversas áreas del departamento de producción de carne, incluyendo, entre otras, el área de empaque y la mesa de recorte de carne.
HorarioLunes, miércoles y jueves: 7:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
Se requiere flexibilidad, ya que los horarios de salida pueden variar según las necesidades del negocio.
Funciones y Responsabilidades- Completar las necesidades diarias y mensuales de producción mediante la elaboración y procesamiento de inventario, pedidos Just-In-Time (JIT), pedidos especiales y empaque de productos.
- Comprender y aplicar los estándares de rendimiento de producción, calidad y cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos del departamento.
- Demostrar comportamientos alineados con los valores fundamentales del departamento y contribuir a un ambiente que favorezca el éxito del equipo de producción.
- Realizar de manera consistente todas las tareas relacionadas con el departamento y el manejo de productos de acuerdo con las políticas, procedimientos y estándares establecidos.
- Contribuir positivamente a un entorno donde se acepten e implementen mejoras y cambios beneficiosos.
- Ayudar con otras asignaciones especiales según se requiera.
- Realizar todas las tareas de manera oportuna y profesional, mostrando respeto hacia todo el personal y la propiedad de la empresa, e informando cualquier inquietud de inmediato.
