General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney for its growing office in Saint Louis, Missouri. The role involves managing pre-litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases. Duties Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work. Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file pre-litigation documents. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation. Manage the release approval process. Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Drive compliance and KPIs among the team. Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the MO and IL State Bar Association. 1+ years of personal injury experience. Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Desire to become part of a trial team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. Skills Strong leadership and team management.
