Manage patients with conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, and hypertensive emergencies. Care for patients experiencing respiratory failure, COPD, and chronic kidney disease. Assist in the treatment of substance abuse and encephalopathy. Administer heparin drips as part of patient care protocols. Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 4. Ensure high-quality care and support for all patients. Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
