Responsibilities Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize WIP to ensure contractual schedule dates are met. Collaborate with shop support teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, MRB, Industrial Engineering, Shipping, Distribution, etc.) to remove production constraints. Perform SAP and MES transactions to release work orders, receive parts into inventory, close out manufacturing work orders, and issue parts up to next higher assemblies. Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies as they are brought to the team’s attention. Assist in determining shortages and initiate actions to correct deficiencies. Obtain ECDs from Manufacturing based on part criticality. Estimate and log production rate and lead time to meet shipping dates; establish sequence when required. Obtain and maintain equipment licensing (e.g., electric carts, forklift, reach lift); identify, locate, and transfer large tooling to support Manufacturing. Load and unload large tooling from Autoclave/stage for Manufacturing. This position may be filled at Level 3 or Level 4 based on qualifications. This will support B shift (Weekday NIGHTS, 5-40 or 9-80 schedule). Qualifications Basic Qualifications — Level 3 High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience Proficiency in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing (including electric carts, forklift, reachlift) Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time Basic Qualifications — Level 4 High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of related experience Proficiency in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing (including electric carts, forklift, reach lift) Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time Preferred Qualifications Experience working in SAP Experience in a manufacturing setting Experience moving large items on a forklift Experience in a warehouse environment Active DOD Secret level clearance Excellent communication with customers and suppliers Compensation and Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $24.71 - $41.15 Secondary Level Salary Range: $29.38 - $48.94 The above salary ranges are guidelines; base salary offers consider scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus may apply. Bonuses support individual contributions and company results. Long Term Incentives may apply for Vice President or Director positions.
