Job Details Experience 3-12 years of experience in family law, including litigation and/or complex domestic relations matters. Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, including discovery, negotiation, court appearances, hearings, and client counseling. Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal advocacy skills. Ability to manage sensitive and emotionally charged situations with discretion and professionalism. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. A proactive, organized, and solution‑driven work style. Licensing Must be licensed in NY; NJ license is a plus. Additional Preferred Experience Background handling matters such as custody, support, divorce, property distribution, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements. Experience generating business or interest in building a practice over time. Compensation Compensation will vary based on experience and portable cases (not required for this position).
