Family Law Attorney - Ontario, CA | $120,000 - $200,000

We're a fast-growing family law firm (300% growth in 3 years) handling divorce, custody, and support for clients with $200k-$3M in household assets. We're looking for a 4-8 year attorney who can run cases now - negotiate, litigate, and write without hand-holding.

Draft MSC and Trial documents
Direct paralegals and case managers on discovery and document strategy - you're not doing admin work yourself. Hybrid: work remote except for in-person hearings
What You Need Active CA Bar license, 4-8 years family law litigation experience
Strong legal writing - persuasive, not padded
Excellent litigation skills for hearings and trials

Draft and review pleadings and declarations; Meet with clients (phone, Zoom, in-person) to set strategy and gather case information
