Quality Assurance Manager – Home Care Agency Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits This is not a remote position White Glove community Care, a growing Home Care Agency in North Brooklyn is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance the quality of patient care delivery across our Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Aide (PCA) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care operations, quality assurance, compliance, and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), with extensive knowledge of the HHA Exchange system . This individual will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring service quality, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities Oversee all quality assurance activities related to home care services. Monitor and analyze caregiver performance, service delivery, and patient satisfaction. Conduct audits of patient records, caregiver documentation, and EVV compliance. Utilize the HHA Exchange platform to review, track, and improve operational and quality metrics. Investigate complaints, incidents, and service concerns and implement corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations, Medicaid requirements, and company policies. Develop and maintain quality improvement initiatives and performance indicators. Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Coordination teams to improve service outcomes. Prepare quality assurance reports and present findings to leadership. Train and mentor staff on quality standards, documentation requirements, and best practices. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a Home Care Agency. Strong working knowledge of HHA Exchange required. Knowledge of NYS Home Care regulations and EVV requirements. Experience conducting audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
