Senior Recruiter

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Recruiter with at least 12 months of agency recruitment experience who is ready to accelerate their career. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical and cultural fit Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide a best-in-class experience Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and market trends Negotiate offers and manage closing conversations What We're Looking For Minimum 12 months of agency recruitment experience Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to win Strong organizational and time-management skills Coachable and committed to continuous improvement Positive attitude and team-first mentality Comfortable working in an in-office environment Why Join Engtal?
