Job Description

·                     Coordinate and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery

·                     Ensure quality assurance compliances are met across all project phases

·                     Support energy guarantee reporting processes and maintain accurate records

·                     Maintain alignment with federal requirements

·                     Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders to keep projects organized and on schedule

·                     Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contractual obligations

Key Requirements 

·                     Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project administration

·                     Prior experience in commercial construction environments

·                     BS degree preferred
