Pay Range: $51hr - $56hr

The Project Manager II will provide technical project management and engineering coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The role acts as the primary technical liaison between customers, EPC teams, and internal engineering functions, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering.
• Experience coordinating technical project activities across multiple engineering and execution teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
• Ability to manage technical communications with customers and EPC partners.

Experience:

• Experience acting as technical liaison between customers and engineering teams.
• Experience in reviewing contract documentation and communicating requirements to engineering functions.
• Experience managing engineering deliverables, schedules, and technical coordination.
• Experience supporting change management, cost estimation, and scope modifications.
• Experience resolving cross-functional engineering issues and supporting project execution.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, sourcing, and installation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical liaison between customers, EPCs, and internal engineering teams.
• Provide technical project management and coordination for assigned projects.
• Conduct customer kickoff meetings and design liaison meetings with stakeholders.
• Review contract documentation and communicate requirements to engineering teams.
• Drive resolution of technical issues and cross-functional engineering challenges.
• Evaluate impacts of scope changes and support change management process.
• Support development of cost and cycle estimates for project changes.
• Manage engineering budget and support quarterly estimate-at-completion reporting.
• Provide technical guidance to project management and engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with contract and customer requirements.
• Mitigate schedule risks and support on-time delivery of engineering outputs.
• Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
• Drive lessons learned into engineering organizations for continuous improvement.

Should Have:

• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Knowledge of plant system design, manufacturing, installation, or testing processes.

• Experience working in complex engineering project environments.
