They will identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions. In addition to offering support to customers this position can serve as the primary contact between the stores and the customer. Looking for motivated professionals with a strong customer service background. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers. Must have the ability to multi-task!
