About Your Role: This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others while working in a structured, collaborative environment. This position is responsible for providing direct and indirect behavioral intervention and consultation to consumers, family, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for guiding treatment by developing a treatment plan, monitoring progress on goals, intervening directly with a consumer, and developing programs, as appropriate.

Does the following apply to you? Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, ABA or similar human services field Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system; must be proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments; must be able to make sound decisions to support consumers in a calm and timely manner; must be able to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities based upon consumer needs, and react quickly to prevent consumer injury or injury to another due to consumer behavior
