Role Description
This is a full-time field operations role for an Operations Manager based in Fort Washington, MD. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of security operations, managing staffing schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The position includes creating and implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues efficiently, and leading a team to ensure optimal service delivery. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational processes is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, including team management and task delegation
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to improve operational efficiency
- Knowledge of security industry practices and regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interactions
- Proficiency in operational planning, process management, and staff coordination
- Experience in customer service, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with security technology such as alarm systems and video surveillance is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Washington, MD, with occasional travel as needed
