En Empaques Industriales de Colombia S.A.S. estamos buscando un Aprendiz SENA para hacer parte de nuestro equipo de Gestión Humana, apoyando principalmente los procesos de contratación y vinculación de personal. Si eres una persona organizada, proactiva, con atención al detalle y te interesa desarrollar tu experiencia en el área de Gestión Humana, esta oportunidad puede ser para ti! ¿Qué buscamos? Estudiante de programa Técnico o Tecnólogo, actualmente en etapa lectiva, con disponibilidad para iniciar su etapa productiva en enero / febrero de 2027. Programas aceptados: Técnico o Tecnólogo en Gestión del Talento Humano Gestión Humana Recursos Humanos Gestión Administrativa Asistencia Administrativa programas afines Importante: La persona debe encontrarse actualmente en etapa lectiva y contar con la posibilidad de iniciar su etapa productiva aproximadamente en enero o febrero de 2027. ¿Qué podrás aprender? Procesos de contratación y vinculación. Administración de documentación laboral. Afiliaciones a seguridad social. Manejo y actualización de bases de datos. Gestión documental. Procesos administrativos de Gestión Humana. Inducción y atención a nuevos colaboradores. Elaboración de informes e indicadores. Condiciones de la práctica Modalidad: Presencial Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 7:30 a.m. a 4:30 p.m. Inicio etapa productiva: Enero o febrero de 2027 Tipo de vinculación: Contrato de aprendizaje – etapa productiva Apoyo económico: $1.755.000 + prestaciones de ley, de acuerdo con las condiciones aplicables al contrato de aprendizaje y la normatividad vigente. ¿Por qué hacer tu etapa productiva con nosotros?
