About the Role Inside Sales Account Executive (OTE $240K) with the top performers exceeding $300k per year. This isn’t just another sales role — it’s your chance to step into a pivotal growth moment, close meaningful deals, and scale your earnings alongside a company that’s taking off. This position is located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri and is a fully inside position. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Sell VINCUE’s SaaS platform to automotive dealerships nationwide Build and manage a high-quality pipeline Act as a strategic partner focused on long‑term customer growth Collaborate with upper management to maximize opportunities Qualifications Proven inside sales success (B2B preferred) Dealership contacts and current relationships Track record of exceeding quota Experience owning the full sales cycle Required Skills Customer‑first—you build trust, not just close deals Master communicator and negotiator Motivated by impact, not just quota Strong communicator across phone, video, and email Coachable, adaptable, and competitive Preferred Skills High‑impact role with real ownership Fast‑growing SaaS environment Competitive compensation and strong growth potential A team that values performance, energy, and winning together Pay range and compensation package On‑Target Earnings up to $300,000.
