Required Skills:

• Proven experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or related administrative roles
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and reporting requirements
• Familiarity with union payroll processes and managing multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Adept at working with payroll software, preferably Foundation Accounting Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
• Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with integrity
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior union or construction payroll experience is highly preferred
• Experience with payroll compliance and fringe benefit administration
• Knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting
• Familiarity with employee benefits administration
