About the Company A respected full-service law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support attorneys and internal teams through the full billing lifecycle. About the Role Are you an experienced legal billing professional looking for your next opportunity? In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and finalizing client invoices, reviewing prebills, processing billing adjustments, managing electronic billing submissions, and ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines. You'll also play a key role in monitoring invoice status, resolving billing issues, supporting month-end close activities, and maintaining strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Preparing and finalizing client invoices Reviewing prebills Processing billing adjustments Managing electronic billing submissions Ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines Monitoring invoice status Resolving billing issues Supporting month-end close activities Maintaining strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders Qualifications 1+ years of legal billing, accounts receivable, or collections experience within a law firm environment Required Skills Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, ARCS, or similar legal billing systems Knowledge of eBilling platforms such as Legal Tracker, CounselLink, TyMetrix (T360), and Legal-X Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr RemX | The Workforce Experts
