Location: Whitsett, NC, US, 27377 Business Unit: Bison
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented self-starter to support our growing manufacturing operations. As a Senior Accountant, you will focus on cost accounting and financial analysis, helping to optimize budgets, improve cost-efficiency, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, manufacturing processes, and data analysis.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment Experience with Oracle, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar ERP systems (preferred) Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
