Fleet Performance & Operations Manager
MTS Transportation
Martin Transportation Systems is seeking a qualified Fleet Manager to oversee a fleet of at least 50 OTR drivers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in multitasking, communication, organization, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include managing fleet productivity, dispatching accurate load information, and ensuring timely delivery of freight. Qualifications include 2-4 years of experience, good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
