Employee Relations Investigator & HR Advisor
State of Arizona
The State of Arizona’s Department of Economic Security (DES) seeks an Employee Relations Specialist for the Division of Developmental Disabilities in Phoenix. The ER Specialist provides guidance on ER, operations, and Talent Acquisition policies, acts as a confidential resource, and analyzes complex HR issues with recommendations.
