Salary Range: $44,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Battle Creek that are seeking Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• Utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and recommend preventive measures.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Support the implementation and adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in using various inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
