Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager for our Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ. The role focuses on assessing client needs, developing and implementing service plans, and coordinating referrals to ensure continuity of care.
