About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Data Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of investment and reference data across multiple platforms, playing a key role in data governance, reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of information used for investment decisions, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. The AVP will be expected to validate and reconcile data, develop and maintain data governance standards, design dashboards, support various reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues. Applicants for the AVP - Data Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8-10 years of experience in data operations, investment operations, asset management, or financial services. A strong understanding of investment products, experience with data governance, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience includes familiarity with investment data platforms and exposure to data governance initiatives and process automation.
