Associate Campus Director - KDC

Summary of PositionThe Associate Campus Director serves the campus by overseeing Guest Services and the Membership Pathway. They are the primary leader over Guest Services, set up, and tear down at one of our mobile campuses. This position is responsible for everything from the street to the seat, and catalyzing all connection points to the Summit Church.Qualifications and RequirementsPersonal integrity and evidence of ongoing spiritual growth, as required of all church employees (church attendance, small group membership, tithing, etc.)Visualize how all details work together in weekend ministriesIs a self starter, but at the same time operates in a team contextFollows the leadership and guidance given by both the Campus Pastor and central Guest Services Team, implementing proven practices for both Guest Services and mobile campus ministryLeads by being organized and preparedHas a teachable spirit and eagerness to learnAbility to recruit, lead, and delegate responsibilities to a volunteer teamMember, or willing and able to become a member, of the Summit ChurchResponsibilitiesGuest ServicesOversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of large scale campus wide events.Manage the setup of the baptismal tank and materials on Sundays, as well as managing baptism registration, conversations and logistics.Implement the Guest Services (GS) culture across the board at the campus level. Responsibilities include all GS teams from the parking lot to the auditorium.Uphold the GS culture in all areas, communicating and demonstrating a level of excellence in our hospitality efforts.Oversee the First Time Guest (FTG) process, leading the campus staff to engage and follow up with each guest in the week(s) after their visit.Oversee Team Leads of Parking, Greeting, Seating, Next Steps, and FTG.Onboards new volunteers to the team with training events throughout the year, and equips existing volunteers.Oversees the set-up and tear-down teams that serve each weekend, ensuring the school is both worship-ready at the beginning of the day, and school-ready when we leave.Manages trailer transport to and from the school each weekend.Manages all Sunday spaces used by the Summit, leaving classrooms, lobbies, sidewalks, auditoriums, etc. in “better than we found it” condition.Assimilation and MembershipOversee and execute key connection environments (Grouplink, Summit Weekender, etc.)Own the covenant membership process from first engagement to covenant signingHelp new members connect to serving opportunities and ongoing discipleship pathwaysChurchwide EventsThe hours for this position are expected to be 40 hours per week. As one church that meets in many locations, there are several times throughout the year that Summit holds church-wide events in an effort to do whatever it takes to reach all people. All staff members are expected to serve at these church-wide events regardless of the positions they hold.Such events include, but are not limited to: Easter services, church-wide prayer meetings, Good Friday service, and Christmas services.
