Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time hourly Seasonal Consumer Sales Specialist will resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and educate customers about products while working remotely during the seasonal period. Key responsibilities Resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone and email Process customer orders and educate customers about products Utilize data entry skills with Windows and cloud-based software to manage customer interactions Required qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales roles Familiarity with data entry and cloud-based software Ability to work flexible hours between Monday and Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM PT Strong problem-solving skills to enhance customer experiences Passion for providing superior customer service
