Role Description This full-time Acumatica Implementation Consultant role is a hybrid position based in Winter Garden, FL, with work-from-home flexibility. The consultant will lead and support end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand business processes, mapping those processes to Acumatica functionality, and system setup. The role involves providing consulting and training to end users, preparing documentation, and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful adoption and ongoing system optimization. The consultant will also coordinate with internal technical resources, manage project timelines and deliverables, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, interpret data, and design effective ERP solutions. Consulting experience, including client-facing work, process review, and recommending best practices for ERP usage. Hands-on experience with software implementation and project implementation, ideally with Acumatica or similar ERP systems. Clear and professional communication skills for working with stakeholders, documenting solutions, and delivering user training. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to collaborate onsite in Winter Garden, FL and remotely as needed. Experience in finance, distribution and manufacturing industries is a plus. Relevant certifications in Acumatica or ERP implementation methodologies are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
