As our Revenue Operations Coordinator, you'll be the day-to-day engine behind our College Revenue Operations function. You'll keep our Salesforce data clean and reliable, manage the flow of incoming requests, and provide hands-on support for vendor and contractor administration, all under the direction of our Revenue Operations Lead. This role covers a lot of ground, and it's expected to grow as our tools and business needs evolve. Your work directly shapes how fast our sales organization gets support, how clean and usable our data and tools are, and how well-equipped our team is to sell without friction. What You'll Do

• Maintain account and contact data in Salesforce, including setup, de-duplication, and corrections, and execute territory updates as directed
• Manage user access and identity requests across Salesforce and Achieve
• Support building reports and dashboards, and help coordinate class test, test drive, and Achieve demo requests
• Monitor and triage our Revenue Operations case queue, routing requests to the right internal or vendor resource
• Track case volume and turnaround, flagging bottlenecks or backlogs to your lead
• Keep case-handling procedures current as ownership and routing needs shift
• Support contractor onboarding and offboarding, including system access changes, and help process on-staff, off-staff, and transfer requests
• Support quality reviews of vendor-completed work and help maintain vendor-facing documentation

What You'll Bring

• Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• A track record of managing your own workload with limited day-to-day oversight
• Experience handling complex or escalated issues and seeing them through to resolution
• Clear, professional written communication skills, especially for process documentation
• The ability to translate operational processes into documentation others can actually use
• A demonstrated ability to work well across teams and with external partners
• Some college coursework or equivalent hands-on experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience building or interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Experience supporting or working alongside an outsourced or offshore team
• Curiosity about or hands-on experience using AI tools to improve day-to-day work

Salary Range $48,000-$53,000

Job Location

This role is based in our Hamilton, NJ office, where you'll work alongside your team in person every day. Physical Requirements Requires periods of close concentration. Must be able to multi-task and concentrate in an open office work environment. Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week as needed.
