Medical Staff Services Coordinator

To support the Division Medical Staff Services Department, the full-time Medical Staff Services Coordinator will manage credentialing and privileging processes, database management, and communication with providers while working from home. Key responsibilities Apply the credentials evaluation process to ensure compliance with credentialing procedures for new and re-applicants Prepare summary credentialing reports and manage communication letters using the Cactus system Provide outreach to obtain missing information and escalate issues requiring leadership assistance Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred At least two years of medical staff credentialing experience in an acute care or centralized credentialing office setting is preferred Ambulatory surgery experience is preferred CPCS and/or CPMSM Credentialing Certification is preferred Experience with Cactus credentialing software is preferred
