We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a Contract position based in Buffalo, New York. This role will manage recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination, helping the business attract talent with relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate recruiting experience, excellent candidate engagement skills, and the ability to navigate high-volume hiring needs while maintaining an organized applicant tracking process.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, overseeing each stage from intake discussions to final hiring steps.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on talent needs, and recommend effective recruiting approaches.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and present suitable candidates for further consideration.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage requisition activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support high-volume hiring demands while balancing timelines, quality standards, and candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruiting process updates or system-related workflow changes as needed within the hiring function.• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or business setting.
• Demonstrated strength in candidate sourcing and building talent pipelines for active openings.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment activity while staying organized and responsive.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidates, and hiring progress.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and applicants.
• Sound judgment in evaluating candidate qualifications and aligning talent with business needs.
