Maintenance Custodian Associate – Sam's Club Base Pay Range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary As a Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This role requires constant movement on your feet in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude toward customers. Responsibilities Keep the parking lot, restrooms, floors, and windows clean and well‑maintained using approved chemicals and equipment. Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program. Perform safety sweeps and properly spot forklifts according to company procedures. Maintain clear communication with management and report unsafe or defective conditions. Work entire shifts on your feet, adapting quickly to changing work scenarios. Ensure members and associates receive a positive first and last impression of cleanliness and safety. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in physically demanding environments.
