Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role

StoryBrand is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager who can turn marketing strategy into clear, compelling campaigns that drive revenue.

This is a hands-on role for a strong marketer and excellent copywriter who can manage campaigns from brief through launch.

You’ll partner closely with the VP of Marketing and teams across sales, social, media, design, and product to make sure campaigns are clear, cohesive, and executed well.

What You’ll Own

Campaign Execution

• Manage marketing campaigns for product launches, evergreen offers, webinars, and events.
• Build campaign plans, timelines, briefs, and asset requirements.
• Coordinate execution across email, landing pages, social, media, sales, and creative teams.
• Keep campaigns moving from kickoff through launch and follow-up.

Copywriting & Messaging

• Write copy for landing pages, email campaigns, sales collateral, video scripts, case studies, and presentations.
• Translate established product positioning into clear campaign messaging.
• Maintain consistency across campaign touchpoints.

Sales & Creative Support

• Create and update sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other sales materials.
• Write creative briefs and scripts for campaign assets.
• Partner with social, media, and design teams to ensure campaigns have what they need.

Performance

• Track campaign performance and key results.
• Identify opportunities to improve messaging and conversion.
• Share recommendations and learnings with the VP of Marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience with product launches, email, landing pages, and sales collateral.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Able to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
• HubSpot experience preferred.
