Influencer Marketing Manager

Ecko is a full-service influencer marketing agency helping brands build creator strategies that drive measurable business results. With dedicated Talent Management, Brand Services, Paid Media, and The Ecko Collective (our micro, affiliate, and UGC division), we manage every stage of the influencer funnel, from strategy and creator partnerships to paid amplification and performance. We’re looking for a Manager to own the execution engine behind influencer campaigns for brands in food, health, wellness, lifestyle, and CPG. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows how creator outreach, negotiation, and content review actually work, and who wants to build toward owning full programs. What you’ll do Source and vet creators against a defined target list, count, and budget. Run creator outreach and negotiate straightforward deals within the established rate card and campaign guidelines. Serve as the direct point of contact for creators on your assigned campaigns. Review submitted content against the brief and manage the approval and revision cycle. Coordinate gifting, product logistics, and whitelisting setup end to end. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and tracker accuracy across one or more accounts. Handle routine creator and campaign issues independently, and escalate anything touching contract terms, usage rights, or budget changes. Support the Senior Manager or Associate Director on client reporting and performance analysis. Required Experience 1 to 2 years of influencer marketing experience in an agency or brand environment. Direct experience sourcing creators and negotiating rates within a set rate card. Working knowledge of influencer pricing, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting, and gifting mechanics. Experience using non-cash levers (usage rights, exclusivity windows, product value, longer-term relationships) to stretch a fixed budget. Comfortable being the day-to-day creator contact on live campaigns. Sound instinct for what to resolve yourself and what to flag upward. Strong written communication and meticulous tracker discipline. Who you are Execution-minded. You like moving things across the finish line. Compensation is commensurate with experience and demonstrated scope of ownership. Base salary will be discussed throughout the interview process.
