School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district for the upcoming school year. - Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
- Assist with preparing therapy materials and activities
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
- Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Perform duties under the supervision of a licensed SLP in accordance with state regulations
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Active SLPA license/certification in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
