Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status welcome
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Ability to manage an elementary caseload effectively
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are essential for serving the community
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with school staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students in individual and group settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to student needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Maintain precise records and progress notes as required by the school district
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

This contract position allows you to make a meaningful difference on a set schedule, Monday through Friday, and gives you the chance to be a key player in nurturing communication confidence in young learners.
