Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience working in school settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, share progress updates, and offer recommendations
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Offer in-class support and consultative services as needed
