EMEA Regional Sales Manager

General Position Summary: Apex Microtechnology offers industry-leadinginnovativeprecision power analog components used to control current, voltage,and/orspeed forapplications in thehigh-reliabilityindustrial, defense, aerospace, medical, and semiconductorcapitalmarkets. The Apex product family includes power operational amplifiers (linear amplifiers), pulse width modulation(PWM)amplifiers (Class Dswitchingamplifiers), and precision voltage references. The Regional Sales Manager positionisresponsibleforterritorygrowth, customer engagement andmanagement ofApexManufacturerRepsthroughout EMEA to secure and manage existing and new business. Essential functions and Responsibilities: Identifyanddevelop sales opportunitieswith new and existing accounts Garneradditionalsales through design wins and relationship building Manage, drive,anddeveloplocal ManufacturerRepresentativesto supportlong-term profitable growththrough theidentification ofnew opportunities, new markets,and design wins. Frequent customer visits, working closelyto tieApex factory resources tocustomer design engineerssupportingallaspects ofsales activities Communicatemarketopportunitiesto product development and marketing teams for use in the development of new products and services. Timely preparation of a variety of status reports, including forecasting, visit activity,pipeline status, follow-up, and adherence to goals Conductmonthlybusiness reviews withmanufacturer representatives. Conductquarterly business reviewswithApex management topresentterritory performance,imperatives,and results. Performsothersalesrelatedduties as requestedorrequired Minimum Qualifications: Energic, driven and passionate sales professional Must be able to clearly communicate across all levels, inside and outside of the organization 2+ years current / recent Regional Sales Management experience within the Industrial Systems, Medical Equipment, and/orMilitary Electronics markets Demonstrated success working withoutside sales channels Experienceinsellingcomplexelectronichardwareacross multiple channels and vertical markets Experience inleveragingaCRMandutilizingsales’ platform tools ProficientinMicrosoft Excel,PowerPoint,andWord Bachelors in business, Sales, Engineering, oranotherrelatedfield. Ability to travel – ~50% anticipated Experience in Analog/PowerManagementelectronics market is preferred OEM(vs Distribution)Sales experience High ASPproduct salesexperience, typically> $50.00 USD per unit Bachelor’s inElectrical Engineering Proficient in German, French, or Italian This is a remote contractor position reporting to the Apex Director of Global Sales in Tucson, AZ. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Microtechnology
