As a JUNIOR PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST you will become part of the Activation Team, which is responsible for the execution of social media campaigns – from brief to execution – ensuring that every touchpoint and media goal is successfully realized. What will you do? Help in planning and executing social media campaigns (mainly Meta) Support the team in preparing recommendations, offers, and reports Participate in the preparation and configuration of advertising campaigns Monitor campaign results and help in their optimization Gain knowledge about digital strategies and learn research tools Get to know advertising ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) Learn to work with the client and support design communication What do you need to do the above tasks? You have first commercial experience related to running campaigns in Meta Ads or other social platforms You know the basics of social media ecosystems (e.g., Meta Ads Manager) You are comfortable working with Excel (e.g., simple tables, data filtering) You can work in a team and are a responsible person You communicate in English at a level that allows you to work with materials and platforms in this language You are detail-oriented and eager to learn new things You will thrive in our team if you have the ability to manage client expectations and effectively solve problems.
