A Cleaner World is a leading dry cleaning company dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and innovative solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have a positive experience with every interaction. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions are valued. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience
Provide information about products and services, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers’ homes as needed

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required

Compensation

Competitive hourly rates , from $15/hr.
