Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with 7+ years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs, with experience in culture transformation, legal operations, procurement transformation, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), or regulatory initiatives. A strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption is essential. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. Proven experience developing and executing change management strategies and adoption plans. Experience leading stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication, and training initiatives. Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise-level environments. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives. Conduct organizational change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses. Create and implement communication, engagement, and training plans to drive user adoption. Partner with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to support organizational readiness. Measure change effectiveness through adoption metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance across impacted business units. Facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and change readiness sessions. Ensure alignment between business objectives, project goals, and change management activities. Develop executive presentations, communication materials, and training documentation. Support organizational readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting culture transformation initiatives. Experience with Legal Operations, Procurement Transformation, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs. Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives. Background in Corporate Communications. Prosci or equivalent Organizational Change Management certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
