Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize specialized teletherapy software to conduct initial virtual assessments, gathering information and establishing therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient’s specific needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and other therapeutic techniques.

• Manage client records through electronic documentation systems, ensuring that all notes are thorough, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
