HVAC Operations Manager Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Monterey Park, CA Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 / year Description A well-established home services company in the Greater Los Angeles area is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead their service operations. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct oversight of technician teams, dispatch coordination, and day-to-day field operations. The company offers a competitive base salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus plan for candidates who deliver results. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily HVAC service and installation operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and field supervisors Partner with dispatch and CSR teams to optimize scheduling and job flow Monitor KPIs including revenue per tech, call completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores Drive recruiting, onboarding, and performance management for field staff Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on operational strategy and growth initiatives Manage fleet, equipment, and inventory to support field operations Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 5+ years of experience in HVAC operations, with at least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role Proven ability to lead technician teams and consistently hit operational and revenue targets Strong working knowledge of HVAC service and installation processes (residential and/or light commercial) Experience with field service software platforms such as ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr Shafer-Heating-
