As a Market and Product Expansion Manager Vice President in the Gaming Product Group, you contribute significantly to your team’s success and lead the administration of the compliance requirements for Payments products in the sector. You work across the organization, build critical relationships, manage ongoing supporting frameworks.You will lead disciplined delivery across a portfolio of product initiatives, establishing or optimizing scalable governance routines, ensuring clear risk and control alignment, and enabling strong cross-functional decision-making across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Sales/Client teams.Job responsibilitiesPerforms market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvementsDevelops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific marketsCommunicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on timeAdvises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checksBuild and maintain the product group governance operating model (cadence, forums, charters, RACI, artifacts, approval gates).Applies the defined regulatory testing procedures and uses discretion to identify and respond to complex cases when it is unclear whether a product meets market requirements.Builds and maintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functions including Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Technology.Define and manage process for maintaining product documentation across multiple delivery channels and for audits/exams, operational risk assessments, change management, and policy/procedure adherence.Manages industry-wide governance framework and identifies inefficiencies for process optimizationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project ManagementStrong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirementsProven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirementsExperience with payments and/or treasury conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and senior stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear plans, trade-offs, and decisions.Experience in developing and executing regulatory testing proceduresStrong attention to detail and execution of procedural requirements.
