As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.Job responsibilitiesOversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targetsLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growthCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationDrives stakeholder management across Engineering, Design Data, Risk/Controls, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and senior leadership-aligning outcomes, negotiating trade-offs, and ensuring timely decisions and communication throughout delivery Defines and tracks OKRs/KPIs (e.g. adoption, engagement, conversion, SLA/latency, defect rate, NPS, revenue/cost-to-serve), using data and experimentation to prioritize the backlog and continuously improve product performancePartners with go-to-market and change management including launch planning, training/readiness, documentation, and post-launch support— drive adoption and measurable business impactPeriodic travel is requiredRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldProven project management experience, self-directed, able to work independently and within groupsStrong team building and influencing skills JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
