Finance and Business Management, Executive Director - JPM Payments Embedded Finance & Solutions

You will help shape the direction of a rapidly growing global Payments franchise. You will lead a high-visibility finance and business management agenda—bringing clarity to performance, discipline to execution, and transparency to decision-making. You will partner closely with senior leaders and teams across regions to deliver consistent governance and an effective operating rhythm. You will partner with the North America-based team and provide matrix leadership to business and functional partners to ensure consistent governance and reporting. You will translate complex performance and initiative updates into clear insights, options, and recommended actions for senior leadership. You will help strengthen cross-functional execution and risk and control discipline across the franchise.Job responsibilitiesLead the finance and business management team supporting Healthcare Payments solutions. Partner with the Head of Indsutry Product Solutions set the Healthcare Payments strategic agenda and track progress against key metrics; while expanding to new industry product solutions.Own the operating rhythm, governance structure, and management reporting for the sub-business.Standardize performance management views, key performance indicators, and initiative tracking across solutions.Coordinate cross-functional execution with product, sales, and banking partners, including technology, operations, strategy, finance, and business management teams.Represent Payments' Industry Product Solutions priorities in broader finance and business management forums and enterprise initiatives.Facilitate risk and control initiatives and core business management processes.Develop concise dashboards and presentations that surface key insights and enable timely decisions.Drive discipline, transparency, and follow-through across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience in business management, financial analysis, strategy, banking or paymentsDemonstrated ability to lead in a global, matrixed organization and influence senior stakeholdersStrong judgment, organization, and prioritization skills in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including synthesizing complex topics into clear recommendationsAdvanced Microsoft skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience building business performance dashboards and leadership-ready management reportingExperience with AI, analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot, LLM tools, Tableau, etc.)Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and standardizing operating practices across geographiesKnowledge of Healthcare Industry - plus, not required JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
