As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapCreating business cases for strategic initiatives that quantify the value we can deliver through new or enhanced productsBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityCompiling insights of client pain points, evolving client needs and emerging market trends through client and competitive research, data analysis, internal feedback and market reviewsLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, business strategy, and / or management consulting Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProficiency in building business cases and ROI models that demonstrate client financial value propositions. Demonstrated ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop strategic and tactical recommendations to both improve the client experience and product adoption Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesGood knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card).Proven program leadership with multiple cross-functional teamsStrong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.
